Once you have made your decision to proceed, John and Josh will coordinate every phase of the project from color consultation to final walk through inspection.

- Your home will be thoroughly power washed to remove loose dirt and debris.
3. CARPENTRY AND WOOD REPAIR
4. HAND PREPARATION:
- Tarp, mask and protect all non-painted surfaces of home.
- Remove downspouts, address numbers, and other items where paint/stain needs to be applied.
- Hand scrape any loose paint and lightly sand rough edges where necessary.
- Caulk any gaps where wood meets wood or paintable gaps which need sealed.
- Prime all bare wood and patched/repaired areas prior to painting.

- Fill nicks, cracks, gauges and nail pops.
- Re-caulk seams and trim where necessary.
- Prime and seal stains and water marks prior to painting.
3. HAND PREPARATION:
- Move all large furniture and appliances away from walls in rooms to be painted. Furniture moving will be coordinated with homeowner to lessen any inconveniences.
- Use painter’s tape, plastic and tarps to protect all floors and unpainted surfaces.
- Remove switch plates, vents, outlet covers and blinds (to be replaced upon completion).
